Processing Times
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.
Processing time begins after your order is placed and does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. During launches, holidays, or periods of higher order volume, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we'll do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on orders of $85 or more.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and are separate from our 5–7 business day processing time. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by delays outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears to be delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first for the most current information.
