Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, free from odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear or use.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help with an exchange when inventory and materials are available.
Because many Oak & Threads pieces are made to order, replacement items may require our standard processing time before shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every order is carefully checked before it leaves us, but if something isn't right, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Final Sale Items
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any additional items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
